- Prepare 250 gm of wheat flour.
- You need To taste of Salt.
- It's As needed of pure ghee.
- Prepare 1 tsp of White sesame seeds.
- Prepare As needed of coriander leaves finely chopped.

Wheat naan instructions
- Knead dough well like we do for chapati.
- Rest it for 10 mins.
- Take a round big ball.Roll it round. Apply pure ghee all over it and sprinkle salt.
- Close it as we do for lachha paratha. Roll it again... Not too thick not to thin.
- Apply little water.Garnish it with white sesame seeds and coriander leaves. Press it well.
- Roast it like paratha on both sides by applying pure ghee till its crisp frm both sides.
- Serve hot with chilled curd or raita.
