Banana no grain pancake. These grain-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free banana pancakes have become one of my favorite ways to make pancakes. They are so light, fresh and simple that they are hard not to love. Banana no grain pancake Mash banana in a medium bowl and add eggs, almond butter and cinnamon and stir until well combined. Cook, flipping halfway through, until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.   2. It's 1/4 tsp of cinnamon.

Note: it can be chunky if desired. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat (or medium if your stove runs hot), and add enough coconut oil, avocado oil, or ghee to coat the surface.   1. Mash the banana.

Directions Mix the mashed banana, almond flour and flaxseed powder in a medium bowl until combined. Gently fold in the whipped egg whites to keep the pancakes light and fluffy. They're the only grain-free pancake I've tried that actually looks and feels like a "real" pancake.
