  1. It's 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
  2. You need 100 gm of powdered sugar.
  3. You need 3 Tablespoon of grain sugar.
  4. It's as needed of Chocolate.
  5. It's 2 tablespoon of vegetable Oil.
  6. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of milk.
  8. Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
  9. Prepare 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
  10. It's As needed of Oil for fry.

I like the simplicity of this eggless dough recipe with nearly the same outcome and these golden brown homemade churros are totally delicious. Eggless  churros step by step

  1. Pour water and milk into a hot pan.
  2. Add oil,salt,sugar grain.
  3. Melt the sugar bring itto a boil.
  4. When melt the sugar off the gas mix init all-purpose flour.mix till it comes together.
  5. Once it all comes together,shift it back on the gas on medium high heat.
  6. Cook for exactly 2 mintue.
  7. And then take it off the heat.
  8. You'll see it's completely dried out.
  9. Fill your piping bag with the mixture.
  10. No piping bag ?use a ziplock.
  11. Cut the ends.
  12. Pipe out the dough,directly into hot oil and fry.
  13. You can fry 4-5 at a time. The churros should be about 5 -6inches long.
  14. Make sure they don't stick to each other.
  15. Fry till it's golden brown on both sides.
  16. Once they're done,drain them over a paper towel.
  17. Roll the drained churros over the powder sugar and cinnamon powder mixture.
  18. Ready to serve.

Combine the milk, water, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan and whisk it well. Bring the mixture to a boil. Note if you are using baking powder - mix flour and baking powder together and keep aside. Churros have different shapes and can be ridged, thin, knotted, thick and/or long. They are served with chocolate sauce or vegan dulce de leche and sprinkled with sugar on top.
