  5. Heat the tawa, now put water side part on tawa. Put low flame. Once bubbles comes up then switch flame to high and flip the tawa towards the flame, cook it properly from all sides, hold tawa properly and keep moving it so all sides that the heat reaches evenly..
  6. Now with knife or spatula, take out the naan. Apply butter on it..
  7. Serve hot with sabji or daal..
