- It's 1 cup of water.
- You need 2 tbsp of butter.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of sugar.
- Prepare 1 cup of maida/all-purpose flour.

- It's 1 tsp of Cinnamon powder.
- Prepare of Chocholate syrup.
- Prepare 1 cups of Water.
- It's 3/4 cup of Sugar.

- You need 2 tbsp of Butter.
- You need 1/4 cup of Condensed milk.

- In a pan take 1 cup of water. Keeping the flame high add 2 tbsp of butter and 2 tbsp of sugar..
- When the sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil keeping the flame low add 1 cup of Maida and stir it continuesly with a whisk..
- Now the mixture comes together but still is sticky. Now using a silicon spatula knead the dough and it will become a soft dough..
- Now take a pipping bag with star nozzle and pipe the dough. Make sure the dough is not so stiff otherwise it will not pipe easily..
- Pipe the churros on a greased tray..
- Take some oil in a kadhai and heat it on a medium flame for 5-10 mins..
- Fry the churros at a low flame until they are golden brown and crispy..
- Churros are ready. Now for making cinnamon sugar add 2 tsp of granulated sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon powder and mix it well..
- Now take a churro and coat it with the prepared cinnamon sugar. Make sure you coat it from all sides..
- For preparing chocholate syrup add 1 cups of water, 3/4 sugar, 1/2 cup of cocoa powder and mix it well..
- Put it on flame and when the sugar dissolves add 1/4 cup of condensed milk and 2 tbsp of butter and cook it for 5-10mins at medium flame..
- When the Chocholate syrup is well cooked and thick pour it in a cup and let it cool.
- Churros are ready.!!!! Dip them in chocholate sauce and eat them. They just taste awsome.
