- You need 1 cup of Mango purée.
- It's 300 ml of whipped cream.
- You need 300 ml of condensed milk.
- It's 1 tbsp of coffee powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of hot water.
- It's 1 1/2 of tbsp sugar.
- You need 1/2 tsp of vanilla essence.
- Prepare 1 cup of cut mango for topping.

- First cut two mangoes and make puree..
- Then in another bowl take coffee powder and add sugar and than add hot water. Than whipped the coffee mixture with electric hand beater and make a smooth paste and then keep it aside..
- Than take whipped cream and whip it..
- In another large bowl add mango puree, coffee mixture and condensed milk and vanilla essence and mix it well..
- And then add whipped cream in the above mixture.. and mixed it well and keep in freezer fo 5 to 6 hours..
- After that remove it from freezer and takr it in one bowl and whipped it again so the ice crystal dose not form..
- Then pour the mixture in the air tight container. You can also add cuts mangoes in to ice cream and freeze it for 10 to 15 hours. And mango with coffee ice cream is ready to serve...
