Ingredients of Eggless churros
- You need 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
- Prepare 100 gm of powdered sugar.
- It's 3 Tablespoon of grain sugar.

- Prepare 2 tablespoon of vegetable Oil.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's 1/2 cup of milk.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of water.
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.

Combine the milk, water, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan and whisk it well. Bring the mixture to a boil. Note if you are using baking powder - mix flour and baking powder together and keep aside. Accompanied with silky chocolate sauce, and you'll be in dessert heaven.
Eggless churros instructions
- Pour water and milk into a hot pan.
- Add oil,salt,sugar grain.
- Melt the sugar bring itto a boil.
- When melt the sugar off the gas mix init all-purpose flour.mix till it comes together.
- Once it all comes together,shift it back on the gas on medium high heat.
- Cook for exactly 2 mintue.
- And then take it off the heat.
- You'll see it's completely dried out.
- Fill your piping bag with the mixture.
- No piping bag ?use a ziplock.
- Cut the ends.
- Pipe out the dough,directly into hot oil and fry.
- You can fry 4-5 at a time. The churros should be about 5 -6inches long.
- Make sure they don't stick to each other.
- Fry till it's golden brown on both sides.
- Once they're done,drain them over a paper towel.
- Roll the drained churros over the powder sugar and cinnamon powder mixture.
- Ready to serve.
In a pan add water, coconut oil, sugar and salt. Mix together until coconut oil melts and water boils. Turn off heat when water boils and add flour. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball.
