- Prepare for naan - first of all we need to flour,I put curd,water,baking powder,baking soda,sugar,and salt in to the bowl and mix well. And Cover the mix and leave to sit,at room temperature for 3 hours..
- For paneer - Take a pan in to the oil cumin seeds garlic,ginger, onion tomato and some water and all boil it.after soft the onion,switch off the gas and cool it. After that take the mix and grind.Take the pan in to the oil,cumin seed and whole clove, cardamom,and whey leav,turmeric and chili.after some time add onion paste and mix well.
