Butter naan. Butter is quintessential to a delicious naan! Last, but not the least, Naan dough can be made vegan if you replace milk with coconut milk. If it was not for my love of authentic-butter-naan, I would have skipped butter and milk to keep the recipe "vegan" for you.

Butter: and of course a good naan in my opinion has to be brushed with butter once done. So, from the ingredients list it is pretty obvious that you don't require any fancy ingredients for naan.   1. In a bowl put maida and wheat flour and add salt baking powder baking soda and ghee and mix well then add milk and bind it din add require amount of water and prepare smooth dough. Give rest for 30 minutes.....
  2. Knead the dough with oil till smooth prepare small balls and roll it and give triangle shape and put some coriander leaves and sesame seeds and roll it..
  3. Heat tawa keeping it's upside down spread some water in a naan and put that part on tawa while it's hot Ben bubbles come up on on and leave the sides then cook that on open flame as shown..
  4. In the Naan you can apply ghee or butter serve with any curry......

It can be had plain, brushed with butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, kalonji (onion seeds) or cilantro. It is made in triangular shape, sometimes oval or even round.
