- Firstly In a bowl add flour, salt, baking powder mix it knead it with water until soft dough is formed then grease it with oil and rest it for 15 to 20 minutes.....

- Now heat tawa and put (water side) naan on tawa... And cook. Turn tawa on cook upper side on the flame until upper side is cooked and beautiful color comes out... Then on the upper surface apply butter and serve it with raita.....
