- In pan 1st add water & milk let it boil..
- In boiling milk add butter, sugar & salt let it cook for 2 min on medium flame..
- Then remove from flame & add flour in it & mix with spatula till it form a ball..
- Cook it on slow flame for 3 min...
- Now let it cool for 10 min...
- Mix egg in batter one by one, 1st add one egg yhen mix it with hands or with mixer, beater for 2 min when egg incorporates completely then add 2nd egg again mix it for 3 min...
- You will get consistency like in pic...
- Now fill it in piping bag or icing gun..check it works properly on butter paper..
- Now deep fry it.. for frying please check pics...
- Don't over crowd the pan. Fry til get beautiful golden colour. Fry on slow to medium flame...
- For Chocolate syrup: 1st melt chocolate with milk in microwave or in double boiler then add 1 tsp butter & mix well if thick then add few drops of milk..
- Coat fried churros with powdered sugar & cinnamon powder..then dip in chocolate syrup..
